Yoga and Meditation
Instructor: Shelly Niebuhr
Tuesdays, 7-8 PM
(Beginner Friendly)
Love offering appreciated but not necessary to attend.
Our focus is on the meditative, prayerful, deeply restful qualities that yoga brings to our inner being.
We create a space of refuge, peace, and renewal as I lead the class in Intermediate and beginner friendly poses that buiold strength, balance, and flexibiltiy.
We end the session with a short spiritual talk, Native American Flute, and meditation. We have three extra mats, but they go quickly. Please bring a yoga mat or towel if you have one.
